Advertising platform data we access on behalf of clients
Atlys provides advertising management services to business clients. When a client engages us to manage their advertising, they authorize us to access their accounts on advertising platforms — including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google — through those platforms' official tools and permissions.
In providing this service, we access and process advertising data belonging to that client, which may include ad account and campaign performance metrics, ad delivery and spend data, audience and targeting settings, and conversion results. We use this data solely to create, launch, monitor, optimize, and report on that client's own advertising campaigns.
- Client data isolation. Data we obtain from one client's advertising platform accounts is used only to deliver services to that client. We never share it with, or use it for the benefit of, any other client, and we never use it for any purpose beyond providing the agreed advertising services.
- No resale. We do not sell, rent, or transfer client advertising platform data to third parties.
- Platform compliance. Our access to and use of platform data complies with the applicable platform terms and developer policies, including the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Clients may revoke our access to their accounts at any time through their platform settings.
- Retention and deletion. We retain client advertising platform data only as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. Clients may request deletion of their platform data at any time by contacting us at hello@atlysai.com, and we will delete it except where retention is required by law.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who perform functions on our behalf (such as CRM, scheduling, hosting, and analytics), under obligations to protect your data.
- Legal and safety recipients, where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
